They don’t dissolve very well. Which means they don’t work

These do not seem to work in the dispenser. I put three tabs in three weeks ago, opened the dispenser way more than I usually do(~1 inch exposed, and never saw a blip on the test strip. They are mostly still intact. After 3 weeks! Obviously not working out. I did crush half of one as fine as I could and dissolved in a bucket and dumped it next to the filter. I just don’t get it.
